How it works

From application to your first payment.

  1. STEP 1

    Apply and create your preview

    Tell us about your business, add your branding and choose your page address. Submit the application to generate your co-branded preview immediately.

  2. STEP 2

    We confirm eligibility

    We verify your business and confirm the Program is offered in your state. Your agreement takes effect when we confirm by email.

  3. STEP 3

    We enable member booking

    After approval, we enable your partner booking link and arrange your launch kit: digital assets, member literature and three member emails ready to send.

  4. STEP 4

    Members book an exam

    Members start with a Good Faith Exam. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate. You never handle medication or medical questions.

  5. STEP 5

    You are paid monthly

    Each month you receive a statement and a direct deposit within 30 days of month end.

How you are paid

A straight 20% profit split.

For every member who enrolls through your page or partner code, you receive 20% of the Net Profit Vitelize earns from that member, every month they stay enrolled.

Net Profit is what the member pays, less refunds and taxes, pharmacy and compounding costs, clinician fees, payment processing and shipping. Clinician and pharmacy fees are never part of the split. Your monthly statement shows the totals behind every payment.

STATE RULES

A few states restrict percentage-based fees in health marketing. Where yours does, we pay a fixed monthly licensing and marketing fee instead. The fee is set in advance for at least 12 months and agreed with you in writing before booking is enabled.
