Get started · Good Faith Exam

Two ways to start — pick the one that’s you.

Every therapy is prescribed only after a Good Faith Exam (GFE) — a virtual clinical evaluation with a licensed clinician. How you reach that exam depends on whether you’re already a member of a Vitelize partner facility.

Real medicine, real oversight

A clinician first — never a checkout form.

Nothing is dispensed until a licensed clinician has evaluated you and documented medical necessity for your specific therapy.

Choose your path

Where do you start?

Both paths end at the same Good Faith Exam with a licensed clinician. The difference is simply how you get there.

Already with a partner

Book your Good Faith Exam directly

If you’re a member of a Vitelize partner gym or health & wellness provider, you can book your GFE with a licensed clinician directly — no separate Vitelize consultation needed. Your partner facility can point you to booking, or start here.

What happens at your exam

From Good Faith Exam to your first shipment.

A clear, compliant pathway — the Good Faith Exam comes first, and your therapy is only dispensed after clinician approval.

01

Medical intake

You share your goals and complete a medical intake so the clinician has your full history before the exam.

02

Good Faith Exam

A virtual clinical evaluation with a licensed MD or NP, who reviews your history and confirms whether a therapy is appropriate.

03

Clinician approval

If appropriate, the clinician documents medical necessity and writes your prescription — real medicine, individualized to you.

04

Dispensed & monitored

Your therapy is dispensed through a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, with ongoing clinician monitoring month to month.

A Good Faith Exam is a clinical evaluation, not a formality. Therapies are individualized and subject to medical evaluation; approval, dosing and availability are determined by clinician judgment and vary by jurisdiction, where legally permitted.

What your clinician may prescribe

Six clinician-reviewed therapies.

These are the therapies available through the program. At your Good Faith Exam, your clinician reviews your goals and history and prescribes what’s appropriate for you — a single therapy or a clinically-paired program.
