About Vitelize
We sit between medical care, metabolic health and performance — because losing weight well is a clinical problem, a training problem and a measurement problem all at once. Solving one without the others leaves results on the table.
Why we exist
The rise of GLP-1 medications changed what’s possible in weight loss. But most of the market treats these powerful medicines like a retail product — mailed to your door with no training, no measurement and no plan for what happens next.
Published research is clear that a meaningful share of the weight lost on medication alone can be muscle, and that much of the weight tends to return when treatment stops. Muscle is the metabolic engine that holds weight off. We built Vitelize to protect it — by coordinating medicine, metabolic measurement, nutrition and progressive resistance training into one pathway, run by one team, from one shared record.

Lose the fat. Keep the muscle.
Solving one without the others leaves results on the table. We built Vitelize to protect the whole.
What we believe
Scale weight hides the truth. We track fat mass and lean mass separately, because how you lose determines whether it lasts.
Every therapy starts with a licensed clinician and is dispensed through a licensed U.S. pharmacy — never a checkout form.
Supervised resistance training and adequate protein aren’t add-ons. They’re how results become durable.
Your clinician and your trainer work from one record. Nothing falls through the gap between medicine and fitness.
We cite research accurately, separate evidence from interpretation, and never promise outcomes we can’t stand behind.
The goal isn’t a temporary drop on the scale. It’s a durable change you can maintain.
The team
Vitelize brings together the disciplines that weight loss usually keeps apart.

Medical Director
Board-certified in Internal Medicine with a Master’s in Biochemistry. Trained through an Internal Medicine residency in Denver — including frontline ICU work during the COVID-19 pandemic — with a practice focused on regenerative medicine, longevity science and peptide protocols. He owns Vitelize’s clinical governance.

Fitness & Nutrition Expert
Founder and CEO of Core Progression Elite Personal Training and a Baylor-trained exercise scientist. He built the supervised, results-driven training and nutrition model behind every Vitelize program.

Scientific Advisor
Professor of Muscle & Metabolic Health at the University of Glasgow, cited over 14,000 times. His research on resistance training and protein for preserving lean mass informs the model.
The promise
That’s the whole idea — and everything we build serves it.
