The program fee covers the full clinical and support protocol: medical oversight by a licensed MD and NP through CareValidate, ongoing GLP-1 prescription management, virtual consultations with a licensed provider at enrollment and your 6-month milestone, comprehensive metabolic lab panels at each consultation, monthly BIA body composition scans, monthly clinical reviews, monthly 1:1 program reviews, a custom nutrition meal plan, monthly protein supplements, and the Vitelize app. Your 1:1 personal training frequency is added on top.
Yes. Active Core Progression members who enroll within the first 60 days of program launch qualify for the Core Progression founding rate of $774/month on the program fee. This founding rate is available only during the 60-day launch window and does not carry the 5% annual discount, the transition window itself is the incentive. After the 60-day window, standard pricing applies to all new enrollments.
Every subscriber selects a training frequency on top of the program fee: 1x per week 1:1 personal training at +$299/month, or 2x per week at +$599/month. Your monthly total is the program fee plus your training frequency.
The program’s clinical architecture requires sustained GLP-1 therapy combined with resistance training to produce meaningful body composition and metabolic marker changes, typically over 12 to 24 weeks. The 6-month milestone includes the structured virtual consultation and comparative laboratory assessment that anchors your clinical protocol.
A 12-month commitment reduces the program fee by 5%, bringing it from $899/month to $854/month (billed monthly over the 12-month term). The annual subscription is the preferred pathway for most subscribers. The $774 Core Progression founding rate does not stack with the annual discount.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your training frequency with notice before your next billing cycle.
In many cases, GLP-1 medications and consultation fees may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We recommend checking with your plan administrator for specifics.
If your licensed provider determines GLP-1 therapy is not clinically appropriate for you, you will not be charged for the medical consultation. Vitelize only enrolls participants who are medically cleared.
All subscriptions carry a 6-month minimum commitment (or 12 months on the annual plan). Subscriptions auto-renew per C.R.S. § 6-1-732. Early termination provisions and any applicable refund mechanics are governed by the Vitelize Subscription Agreement, subject to Colorado Health Club Services statute disclosure requirements under C.R.S. § 6-1-702.
